Abu Obaida-Al-Mahadi, Senior Correspondent, Kushtia :: Financial Assistance Program (Health, Nutrition and Education) in Jhenidah union under Bheramara upazila by the Action for Human Development Organization “Addo” with the financial assistance of Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) The activities are being implemented. In this continuation, on Monday (11/06/2018), a free health camp was organized in Mirzapur Government Primary School. The honorable guest was present at that time, various well-wishers of the area including the ward of the ward, Shahabul Islam. Organizational health officer Md. Obaidul Haque in his opening remarks said that this special health camp was organized in the continuity of package service in the health service sector under the enrichment program, free glasses are being distributed along with health camps as well as free eye cataract operation. He also said that in addition to health services in Juniadha union, there are 100 set-up toilets for free, two beggars rehabilitation and 40 vocational education centers in every financial year under basic sanitation.
While discipline and health awareness education are being provided to students with the primary school level reading, students are educated. Dr. F.I.M. Shafiq-ul-Haq (MBBS, (DMC), PGT (Eye), DO (CC) JUNIARY CONSULTANT (Eye), provided medical services in health camps Aga Yusuf Modern Hospital, Barakhada Kushtia) and Dr. Sheikh Arif Ahmed (MBBS) Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, PGT (Eye). Apart from this, overall cooperation among the medical services program is 19 trained health care workers and 1 health assistant appointed by the Action for Human Development Organization “Addo” organization. A total of 114 people, poor women and 43 men from the distance of Juniadha union, 157 patients in the health camps receive free medical treatment of various critical diseases. At the end of the day, the people of the area praised the management of the men and women health camps. The overall responsibility of managing the program was done by the union coordinator of the prosperity program Khandakar Kamruzzaman and the prosperity team.
