On the audio record, the journalist Suneet was beaten with a loud noise, abusive language, threatening to get rid of drugs and minister, MP and Rajshahi Police Superintendent Shahidullah.
It is learned that journalists Muradul Islam Sonnet was returning from Rajshahi to Banesh ^ after adding two motorcycles with three friends at around 10pm on January 2. At the time of the traffic stop them, SI Tawfiq Parvez When asked about the identity of everyone, Sonnet introduced himself as a journalist. Submitted by SI Parvez At one stage, the journalist made a huge blow to the car. At the time, journalists abusive language and took away sonnet mobile phone sets and Asian television credentials.
However, by recording the behavior of SI Parvez initially, he gave a record on the mobile phone. Even after taking mobile, SI Parvez did not stop the record. On the next day of the incident, on January 3, journalist Sonnet and his three friends sent to jail through a court case for drug abuse. After seven days of prison, they were released on bail. Later, they came to the police station and brought their mobile phones. But the other three mobile phones were given earlier, but journalists gave their mobile and identity card four months later.
Puthia Police Station OC Shakil Ahmed said that three mobile phones were kept in the police station but journalist Sonnet’s phone was kept at her house by SI Parvez. Later, the phone was recovered from his house. It took time to transfer his mobile for this. Although the phone set was recovered from SI Parvez’s house, the OC did not have the SIM and Mamira cards.
It is to be noted that on January 5, two days after the incident, SI Tawfiq Parvez was transferred to Rangamati Jungle Training. He joined there on 7 January. Since then he is there. But he is connected to Puthia Police Station.
